Why I feel passionate about teaching
I am passionate about my job, and I am constantly driven to develop and innovate as a classroom practitioner, middle leader and SLE, because I believe that every child deserves quality first teaching day in day out. Through the SLE role I look forward to working with new colleagues, as we all work to continually move our practice forward for the benefit of the children we teach.
